RETURNS

TYPE OF RETURNS:

  • Bought by mistake / No longer needed / Received extra item I did not buy / Item arrived too late:  Returns for full refund only if shipper is unopened shipping at customer’s charge
  • Product and shipping box either or both damaged / Missing or broken parts / Item defective or doesn’t work: Return against a replacement. 


RETURNS RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items should be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Shipping and handling fees, gift box charges, if any, and other additional costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
  • We recommend using FedEx for returning your items.
  • Retain the Return Tracking Number to monitor the delivery status of your return package.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • www.masterperfumecreators.com  will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

At Master Perfume Creators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure you find the perfect fragrance, we recommend purchasing, at first, our 5 pre- scented blotters, which allows you to sample all five fragrance options before committing to a full-size kit. If you choose to purchase the kit directly, we congratulate you on your selection! However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made at customer’s cost.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, at the customer cost.
  • The refund will be 70% of the purchase price and sales tax.

To qualify for a partial refund, the kit and its components must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, and with all accompanying paperwork, parts, and accessories, as well as the order number.
